User Agreement

Last updated September 20, 2026 · Quava

This User Agreement is the contract between you and Quava for registration, deposits, copy trading, and related account features. It should be read with the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement, that you are using the account for yourself unless we have agreed otherwise, and that you will complete any identity or source-of-funds checks we reasonably request.

Trading and copy trading

You decide whether to open, copy, or close positions. Copying another trader or analyst is not a guarantee of profit. Past results are not a reliable guide to future results. Leveraged and contract trading can magnify both gains and losses, and you can lose more than you expect, including amounts you have deposited.

Deposits and digital assets

Supported assets may include USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH, and conversion into USD trading where that feature is enabled. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to network conditions, custody arrangements, limits, and review. You are responsible for sending assets to the correct address and network.

Fees and records

Fees, spreads, and financing charges will be shown in the product or account materials when those features go live. You should keep your own records. Our books and records are evidence of your account activity unless there is an obvious error.

Closing an account

You may ask us to close your account. We may also close or restrict an account where we are required to by law, where we cannot verify you, or where these terms have been broken. Outstanding positions, balances, and legal duties may survive closure.
