Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026 · Quava

These Terms of Service govern access to the Quava website and trading platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the User Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and other legal pages linked from this site.

The service

Quava provides market information, account tools, copy trading, leveraged and contract modes, and support for selected digital assets. Features may change, pause, or be limited by region or verification status.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details safe, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, market abuse, unauthorised access, or anything that interferes with other users or our systems. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Market data

Quotes and other market figures on the site are provided for information. They may be delayed, incomplete, or illustrative during the current build, and they are not an offer or a recommendation to trade.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Quava is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including copy trading and leveraged positions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
